SUIT 2018 is an initiative to bring the three most important key players, otherwise standing as powerful individual entities representing the nation’s global strength, to one platform. The annual teaming of SCHOOL UNIVERSITY-INDUSTRY will function as synapses to facilitate a smooth transition of skills from school to university to industry and will pave way to a stronger and more powerful global presence of our nation.

Who is eligible to attend the Conference?

What is included in the cost of my registration?

Your cost of registration includes full and open access to SUIT 2018 (excluding teachers’ Workshop). As applicable lunch and breaks are also included. Conference attendees are responsible for all related expenses such as air travel, ground transportation and lodging.

What are the registration deadlines?

Last Date for Registration is 10th May 2018.People who are not able to register themselves by the final date can write an email to nida_ahmad@glcgoglobal.com

Are meals included with my registration?

Lunch and two coffee are included in your registration.

How can I obtain an invoice/receipt for a registration or a group of registrations?

A confirmation is sent via email at the time of registration. You can also re-print the system generated receipt. Should you need additional assistance please email nida_ahmad@glcgoglobal.com for a receipt, invoice or additional registration questions.

Can I substitute/transfer someone else to attend the Conference?

Yes,You can substitute someone else by emailing nida_ahmad@glcgoglobal.com with new registrant’s name and contact information

What is the conference registration cancellation procedure?

Refunds of any registration fees paid will be paid at the rate of a full refund less Rs.500/- with written notification (email) received by the Centre on or before May 10, 2018. NO REFUND after 10th May 2018

Will there be presentation handouts provided onsite?

As part of our continuing efforts to be green, all Conference materials will be available electronically after the presentation on SUIT web page. No paper handouts, printing of materials, USBs or CDs will be available onsite.

What is the reporting time?

The reporting time is 9 0’clock

Do we get to interact with the Speakers?

Tea and Coffee break are a good time to interact and also for networking. Apart from this questions can also be directed at the speakers during the zero hour

Where will the Conference sessions be held?

All sessions of the Conference will be held at Ashoka Hall, Hotel Maurya,Patna
